    Today I read the paragraph 6 and 7 in the passage.


    First I found an interesting phrase "quality of life". When we talked about quality of life, it infers to the material way and mental way. We need enough things to satisfy our material life. It's a kind of basic need  of human being. So we work in order to lead our life. When we can support ourselves easily.We bedin to search our mental life.


    There is another interesting word "balance". We always meet the word "balance"as a noun, but here it is a verb.
Then I want to talk about the two paragraphes. It's something about organization culture. Nowadays, the workers have more request to the company.And the company can not look upon to the request. Because it's not only for the workers, it's also can help to improve the performance of the company and increase the profit of the company. The daycare,sports facilities and flextime is the material symbol of the company culture.


    In the paragraph 7, the author talked about the expanding knowledge of workers. They always want to be better. In the company, they don't want to stay in the same position. If the company don't give them the chance, they will leave the company. So the company have to try the best to give them the opportunities.
