这是微软公司（Microsoft）开发的一种用于移动设备（手机、PDA等）的操作系统。此系统具有传统的 Windows的风格，很容易上手，界面也比较亲切，目前很多品牌的手机（例如：多普达、CoolPad等）都使用WindowsCE系统，WindowsCE成为继Symbian以后的第二大系统。
