？？？ Today I found that the article is related with human resource management. The author talked a lot of things between the company and the employees.
First, I have to something to say for Paragraph 4.
？？？ In today's world, people's idea [ideas] of value have changed a lot. Most of us don't value everything by money. As the material life has been well improved today, we begin to pay more attention on mental satisfaction. Now human rights are popular in our world. Everyone want to be respected, especially in a company. The workers want[wants]？ to know their impact to the organization in order to satisfy themselves and have the feeling of being respected.
？？？ And as a company, profit is [the]most important. So they need the knownledge knowledge]and efforts of every employee. They should motivate the employee not only by money but also the praise of their performance. So{去掉} the workers will perform their best because the workers think they can't be replaced in the company.
？？？ But a proper way is needed when the company tried to satisfy the employee. The author gave the Compaq Computer as an example. They tried to emphasize the individual responsibility. It will give the workers the feeling that they are needed by the company.
