How I Work(我如何工作)
I start with a free consultation to identify your wants, needs, resources and goals. (Some of the typical questions we'll cover are listed below.)

At the end of the consultation, if we would like to work together, I will prepare a proposal based on your goals and budget. The proposal could be for a single project or for long-term PR and communications assistance.
在咨询的最后,如果我们觉得很可能会一起工作,我就会根据客户的目标和预算准备一份计划书。这份计划书可能是针对某个单独项目,也可能是针对长期的PR和传播辅助工作。
If we decide to work together for the long term, I'll prepare a PR plan, which will guide our activities and form the basis for evaluating the program.
You will hear from me regularly to report on progress, gather information and discuss new ideas.
I will monitor your budget as if it were my own money. I will not go over budget unless we agree in advance (in view of unforeseen circumstances or an increased scope of work).
I require a deposit as authorization to begin work. I bill either on a project basis or on an hourly rate against an overall budget. I provide a detailed report of activities once or twice a month.
When needed I bring in other consultants to supplement my work. No one will work on your account without your knowledge and consent.
