When you read the passages, you will find that four traits are typical of happy people. First, happy people, especially in individualistic western cultures, like themselves. Second, happy people typically feel personal control. Third, happy people tend to be extroverted.
In my opinion, optimism and extrovert are the most important to happy people. If people are optimistic they will be positive-thinking optimists. They expect to be successful. If they succee easily,they will be happy. If people are extroverted, they will have many friends. When unhappy things happened , they may tell their friends they are unhappy. Their friends?will help them to become happle again. They can have a chat together in order to leave vexation quickly.
I want to become be optimistic and extroverted.
