麦肯锡奖（McKinsey Award），由麦肯锡管理研究基金会（McKinsey Foundation for Management Research）与
麦肯锡奖该奖项授予两篇发表在《哈佛商业评论》上的最好文章的作者（一等奖二等奖各一篇）。每年由编辑们选出一个由公司总裁、学者、政府或社会机构领导人组成的独立的专门小组，决定奖落谁家。文章对现有知识的贡献，轻松应对传统思想的能力，分析深度、合理的逻辑和清晰的风格都在评选中发挥重要作用。然而最终，最为关键的还是文章对于经理人的实际工作、对于他们面临的问题是否相关。简单说，文章内容是否会引起人们的思考和行动。
得过该奖的作者包括一些大家非常熟悉的管理大师，如彼得·德鲁克（Peter F. Drucker），迈克尔·波特（Michael E.Porter），查尔斯·汉迪（Charles Handy），C.K.普拉哈拉德（C.K.Prahalad）等著名教授学者。
