罗伯特·肖Robert Shaw

生于英格兰的维斯特豪顿，逝于1978年8月27。毕业于英国皇家戏剧学校，早期曾在伦敦以及百老汇的舞台演出。1955年，集舞台界之盛名，堂堂踏入影坛。从影之初，他并未立即走红，直到1963年，在《第七号情报员》里担任杀手角色，充分展露其精湛演技后，才逐渐建立起影坛上的地位。尔后岁月的磨练，加上经验的累积，使他的演技更独具风格。曾以《良相佐国》获得奥斯卡男配角提名。除拍片外，他对诗、戏剧、评论亦颇为爱好，并常在报章杂志上发表作品。不幸在1978年8月27日因心脏病突发去世，享年五十二岁。
