检测器 detector
能检测色谱柱流出组分及其量的变化的器件。
指机械的、电子的或化学器件，用于区分、记录或指示环境中某一变量的变化，如温度、压力、电荷、电磁辐射、核辐射、粒子或分子等。如紫外检测器是将通过待测物质后的光强变化转化为电信号的器件，这类信号转换器英文中又称transducer。
又称鉴定器。是检测色谱分离组分物理或化学性质或含量变化（多数情况是将其转化为相应的电压、电流信号）的一种仪器装置。它是色谱系统中的关键部件，色谱分离过程的眼睛。
对检测器的要求是：灵敏度高，线性范围宽，重现性好，稳定性好，响应速度快，对不同物质的响应有规律性及可预测性。
检测器通常分为积分型和微分型两类。
