《阿基拉》
公元2019年，东京在经过一场浩劫后，全市即陷入空前的革命暴动，金田与铁雄是从小到大的好朋友，而在一次飞车党追逐拚斗之中，铁雄因遇到一个具有超能力的小孩而发生车祸，等到金田一行人前去搭救时，却亲眼目睹铁雄及超能力小孩都被军方给带走了。原来军方一直在秘密利用人体做脑部实验，想唤起那沈睡已久并足以毁灭世界的能量－阿基拉(AKIRA)，而铁雄正好成为军方人体实验的对象。由于铁雄的脑部已被改造，成了阿基拉重回地球的替身，阿基拉惊人的能量，即将带给宇宙前所未有的一场大浩劫。
《阿基拉》动画片「阿基拉」，在动画迷的心中可说是一部经典之作，与好莱坞的科幻动作片「银翼杀手」一样都是属于「未来式」的电影。两者的时空背景相同，都是在凌乱混杂的大都市，只不过在导演雷利史考特所营造出来的的未来世界是充满著湿冷、绝望与堕落。日本导演大友克洋却用五光十色的精致光影，建构出「无政府状态的生命活力」，但影片的内容却又同样是毁灭、暴力；各式的抢战、飞车撞裂、爆炸都是那样的真实。在「阿基拉」中，我们可以看到大友克洋向许多科幻片借灵感，如「银翼杀手」、「魔鬼终结者」、「2001年太空漫游」等，但大友克洋萃取经典影片的桥段，融合自己的创意，变成了连美国人都赞赏的「阿基拉」，这部动画片您当然不能不看。

影片的一大特色就是执着地追求现实主义，超越了动画的范畴，并接近于现实电影。在音乐方面，起用了民族音乐系列的芸能山城组，把未来的世界用日本的民族音乐来表现，具有独特的魅力。导演意图是给已习惯于刺激的现代人以“破坏”与再生的新主题，向着更大的刺激挑战。这部作品成为对已被破坏的日本电影界的一付起爆剂，可谓是日本电影“再生”。它在日本的科幻中是超群的，可与好莱坞动画片抗衡。
